While there isn’t necessarily a “season” for selling your home it is widely accepted that most people don’t want to move when the weather is bad.  Carrying your selling your homeboxes and furniture through 6 inches of snow and slush is not appealing for anyone.  This is why I am writing this now to let you know that right now is a great time to list your home.  Houses, especially in Pendleton, are in such high demand that the amount of time it would spend on the market is minimal.  With that being said it takes an average of 45-60 days once the home is under contract to settle.  This would put moving day in September when the weather is usually mild and the fall months are beginning, an ideal time to move!

A New Venture in a Town Full of Possibilities
